2009-07-09 1,100 Ingredients Banned From American Private Label Labs
American Private Label has taken a stand against the use of many ingredients found in today’s cosmetics and banned 1,100 ingredients from its R&D lab which is considered by the European Union (EU) Cosmetics Directive as harmful and toxic. This is part APL's plan to go global and meet the European Union (EU) formulation standards.
